Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, project dimensions, accessibility, and other factors discovered at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the initial quote.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling. However, appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have proper access to the areas where services will be performed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified. Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees.

Limitation of Liability
